1.The Monarch360 Trademark

The brand and word “Monarch360®” have trademark protection in Australia and in multiple jurisdictions globally. Various trademarks are owned by Monarch360 Pty Ltd or its affiliated entities. Trademark law requires trademark owners to monitor and enforce their trademarks to prevent confusing or misleading usage by third parties.

To support that responsibility, we’ve created a clear and comprehensive set of Trademark Guidelines. These are designed to help you understand how to comply with Monarch360’s trademark requirements. These guidelines also assist our clients, partners, and broader community in understanding the principles that guide Monarch360’s response when trademark misuse or infringement is detected.

We want to be very clear about how the word “Monarch360®”, its associated logos, and brand assets can be used, especially when promoting services that involve Monarch360®, branded software, or products. Proper trademark usage helps ensure consistent quality, protects our users, and upholds the credibility of our brand.

Although our software and services may include flexible or customizable options for different business sectors, the Monarch360® brand is a legally protected identity, and its use must align with our trademark policy.

We do all this to protect the business model that enables us to continue building innovative solutions in document and records management, workflow automation, and enterprise content services for our customers.

2. Allowed Uses of “Monarch360®”

  • Referring to the software or platform as the “Monarch360® software” or the “Monarch360® platform”

  • Describing your use of Monarch360® within your organization

  • Describing integrations or add-ons you’ve created that connect to Monarch360® features

  • Citing Monarch360® in documentation, reviews, educational content, or industry commentary in a fair and non-misleading manner

3. Monarch360® Trademarks

Monarch360 Pty Ltd owns the following registered trademarks 
• Monarch360®
• Monarch 360™
We also maintain trademarks for logos, including the Monarch360 logo and other graphical assets.

4. Restricted Uses of “Monarch360®”

The following uses are prohibited unless you receive direct, written permission from Monarch360 Pty Ltd. This is to avoid confusion or misrepresentation of association with Monarch360®:

• Using “Monarch360®” or its logos for commercial purposes in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without permission

• Using “Monarch360®” in your company, product, or service name

• Using “Monarch360®” in your website domain name (e.g., monarch360support.com)

• Using “Monarch360®” in paid ad keywords (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

• Offering services around Monarch360® (e.g., consulting, training, support, implementation, integration, or custom development) that may mislead customers to believe you are part of or approved by Monarch360 Pty Ltd

• Creating mobile apps, plug-ins, or extensions that use the name “Monarch360®” without permission

Note: These restrictions apply even if the services are offered for free. Only authorized partners and resellers with written agreements may promote Monarch360® branded services.

5. The Monarch360® Brand

Our Brand Guidelines are a vital resource for Monarch360® internal teams, clients, partners, and external collaborators. These guidelines ensure that the Monarch360™ brand is presented accurately, consistently, and professionally across all applications and touchpoints.

They include detailed information on:

• Brand identity and trademark usage

• Mission, values, and brand tone

• Logo usage and placement

• Color palette, typography, and imagery

• Approved brand messaging and voice

• Supporting graphic elements and design composition
