This page lists the Product Schedules that describe what each Monarch360 Product includes, its tiers, limits, exclusions and Customer prerequisites. It forms part of the Published Terms under clause 1.4 of the Master Software Licence and Subscription Agreement. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in that agreement.
1Published Product Schedules
Monarch EDRMS
SharePoint-native electronic document and records management. Tiers: Essential, Standard and Enterprise.
Where a Product does not yet have a Product Schedule on this page, its Product Schedule is provided with the Quote or attached to the Order Form until it is published here.
2How Product Schedules work
2.1 A Product includes only the functions described in its Order Form and Product Schedule. Functions shown in marketing material, demonstrations or roadmaps are not included unless listed there (clause 4.1).
2.2 The version of a Product Schedule current when an Order Form is formed applies to that Order Form. Monarch360 may update Product Schedules under clause 4.3, which requires notice and a remedy if a paid-for core function is materially reduced during a Subscription Year.
2.3 Support for each Product is described in the Support Schedule. AI Features are described in the AI Feature Entries.
Governing agreement: Monarch360 Master Software Licence and Subscription Agreement (Version 2.0). This page forms part of the Published Terms under clause 1.4 of that agreement and describes scope, service levels and technical matters only. If there is any inconsistency, the agreement prevails (clause 1.3). The version current when an Order Form is formed applies to it, subject to clause 4.3. Previous versions are available on request.
